FOSTERING:

Wish to open your home to one of our animals?  RAIN relies solely on foster homes to house and care for our animals.  Click HERE to be directed to our online foster form to submit directly.

SURRENDER:

Do you need assistance with a homeless or in need pet?  RAIN offers assistance for cats, dogs, rabbits and other animals.  Click here for our Surrender Form.  Please understand that RAIN is not able to take surrender requests over the phone due to the high amount of incoming assistance requests.  Please complete the attached form, print, sign and send with a photograph of the animal and a copy of all current vet records.  Donations to the care of a surrendered animal are always needed and requested at the time of surrender.  RAIN will do their best to assist in all surrender requests but cannot guarantee space in the rescue.
